Complex Form Items record all the particulars of a Complex Form.[sr 1] They appear on the Actor's Matrix Tab for Emerged characters.
Description Tab
Complex Form Item Description Tab (SR5 v0.16.1, FVTT v11.315)
The Description Tab is common to all Item sheets. Hovering over the text shows the Edit button, which brings up Foundry's standard ProseMirror editing tools, the same ones available when editing Journals. It provides a place to transcribe the rules from the sourcebooks for quick reference, include personal details of character elements, or jot down other gameplay noes.
Complex Form Tab
Complex Form Item Description Tab (SR5 v0.16.1, FVTT v11.315)
The Complex Form Tab functions in a similar manner to the Action Tab, but specifically configured for the Complex Form Workflow.
- Matrix Target records and displays the types of icons the Complex Form, one of
Persona,Device,File,Self,Sprite, orOther. - Duration records and displays the duration, one of
Instant,Sustained, orPermanent. - Fade Value is actively used in the Fade Resistance Test.
